Woodburn Farm is a 200-acre upland farm on the southern edge of Exmoor. The farm is family owned and run and home to the Woodburn Flock of Poll Dorsets which was founded in 2021 as a pedigree performance-recorded flock.
Whilst maintaining traditional values the farm seeks to integrate science and technology in order to improve the efficiency of the flock and minimise impacts on the environment. We are stewards of our land and seek to leave it better than we found it whilst producing the highest quality food to the highest welfare standards. Stocking density is low allowing us to nurture our soils and foster biodiversity and ultimately, we believe, produce a more sustainable and more efficient system of lamb production.
